No Refunds:

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchange for any services provided by Web Queenz unless explicitly stated otherwise under applicable law.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

While we do not offer refunds, our team works diligently to ensure your complete satisfaction with the services delivered. We are committed to resolving any issues that may arise during the project to meet your expectations.

Clear Communication:

We encourage clear and open communication between you and our team. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the project, please feel free to discuss them with us during the development process. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind, so we encourage you to consider your decision carefully before making a purchase.

Service Disputes:

In case of dissatisfaction with any aspect of the service, we urge you to contact our customer support team at [support@wenqueenz.com] immediately. Our team will assess the situation and work towards finding an appropriate solution.

Change of Requirements:

If you decide to change the scope or requirements of the project after it has started, additional charges may apply. We will inform you of any cost adjustments resulting from such changes.

Payment Disputes:

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by you without proper justification, we reserve the right to suspend your service and/or project without notice, until the dispute is resolved satisfactorily.

If we receive a charge back or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, A £50 charge back fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the charge back(s) must be paid in full before service/project is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a charge back, please contact us to address any billing issues.

Requesting a charge back or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is a fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

Intellectual Property:

Upon completion and full payment for our services, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final product. Until full payment is received, Web Queenz retains all rights to any work produced.

Web Hosting:

Once you have paid for web hosting services, the money you paid for the past months cannot be refunded. When you order hosting, your hosting account is set up with a specific amount of server resources based on the plan you purchased. Even if you didn’t use the account during a specific period, you are still required to pay for the services. We will not cancel your hosting account unless you notify us in writing, or until 15 days after the payment was due and not received.

Please note that Web Queenz has the right to disable or terminate a user’s account if they violate our terms and policies. In such cases, we will not provide a refund for the terminated account.

Project Delays:

Web Queenz will make every effort to deliver services within the agreed-upon timeline. However, project timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays that may occur.

Force Majeure:

Web Queenz shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performing our services arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unavoidable circumstances.
